The Wharton County Sheriff’s Office confirms that a plane crashed near FM 441 and FM 3086 on Friday morning.

The sheriff’s office says there have been no reports of injuries.

SkyFOX aerials showed a small plane down in a field.

According to the FAA, the pilot was the only person on board the Grumman G-164.

Around 11 a.m., the Phoenix Fire Department responded to the scene of an airplane crash near Central Avenue and Deer Valley Drive. When they arrived, they found the single-engine plane had crashed into a carport structure. “I just saw like a big white blob going down, too steep to the ground,” said Kate Lambourne, who witnessed the crash.
